This information is obtained for the purpose of presenting our commercial activities within the framework of laws, enabling go1online to continue its commercial activities, and fulfilling its responsibilities arising from laws in a complete and accurate manner.

**5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS AS SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW**

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, each data subject has the right to apply to go1online's address specified above by sending a notarized letter or personally applying with an ID card, to:

a) Learn whether personal data is processed,

b) Request information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

d) Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,

e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

f) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to the illegal processing of personal data.

The communication channels and methods for using the above-mentioned rights are detailed in the application form to the data controller on our website. Applications submitted to us are responded to within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date the request reaches the Company. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as the basis.

**OPEN CONSENT TEXT FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA**

go1online Information Technologies Inc. ("go1online") is the "data controller" within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"). With this Open Consent Text, go1online aims to obtain the explicit consent of customers for the following situations where the conditions for processing personal data specified in the Law cannot be met.

In cases where explicit consent is not required, data processing activities are carried out in accordance with the fundamental principles specified in the Information Text.

Accordingly, personal data by go1online for the following purposes:

- Sending communication messages and emails related to products, services, stores, and campaigns for sales, marketing, and promotion purposes,

- Determining opinions and complaints regarding products and services,

- Profiling based on my likes, hobbies, personal tastes, pages visited, orders, and complaints to receive more efficient and better service, and creating reports,

- Conducting marketing activities,

- Establishing membership procedures,

- Sending printed materials for membership and promotion/advertising purposes,

may be processed and shared with the parties specified in the Information Text for these purposes.
